Snow time...

Finally. The last couple of days have been pretty swell here in Utah. They had about 24 inches of fresh yesterday, and another 7 today to help cover the tracks from yesterday. It's been nice. There's still not too much open, but it's filling in, just like I like it. The BC is still a little iffy, but so is my knee, so I'm just taking it easy, trying to get everything operational before we blow anything up.

I'm also excited about eating a churro or four in the near future. I have to confess, I haven't been doing the rounds at Molcasalsa like normal, but I plan on checking in with those peeps sometime in the next few days, and making sure the churros are still up to snuff. I don't anticipate any major malfunctions with the churro-making process, but I'm here to keep it that way, so it's cool. Gotta get me some horchata too...
