Sorry for the lack of blogging lately, it's still not quite up there on the priorities list. But here's why: we've been working real hard the last couple of weeks to get the website up and running, and we actually did it. The site is at WWW.LIPSTICK-FILMS.COM, and you can check out the stories for our athletes, some info on the company, and you will be able to keep up with us right on the site in the "words" section.
We're working on a teaser as we speak, and it will be ready to go in just a few weeks, so keep your eyes peeled for that little mama-jama.
In other news, I have also been putting in the hours at the preschool in an attempt to bring the budget up to par with the projected expenditures. And for those of you who were unaware, yes, I said "putting in the hours at the PRESCHOOL." And no, "preschool" is not some obscure metaphor with which I hope to gain your reverence by making you think I'm brilliant, but it's actually an honest-to-god preschool. The Early Learning Center to be precise. I spent this last summer 1) in rehab and 2) working as a substitute preschool teacher, and it's by far the sweetest damn job I've held. Killer hours, work when you want to, and boss little potlickers around all day like it's nobody's business.
So, that's all the typing I care to do for now, but I promise that I might think about trying to do this a little more often. So long.
